Q: How can I view the status of my order?  Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?  You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What is a cruise book?  Cruise books capture the most personal memories of a Sailor's Navy career. Pictures of friends, port calls and facts about their commands can all be found within the pages. Many former Sailors lose their cruise books over time, and then desperately look for a copy in their retirement years.
Similar to high school or college yearbooks, they are usually prepared by the crews of ships and shore units, and are filled with stories, photos and graphic artwork that document the lives of those ships or units for a specific period of time. Many photos show crew members on duty and on shore leave, portraying both the routine and the exciting experiences the Sailors have had.

Q: Is PayPal safe to use?
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

Q: Will the CD work on my MAC?  The standard is for the windows operating system.  We can make you a MAC copy but you will need to notified us immediately after placing your order.  Some "minor" features do not work on the MAC Version.

Q: Are the cruise books a CD or a DVD?  CD-Rom

Q: Can I view the cruise book CD on my TV?   Designed to be viewed on a computer. Can be viewed on a TV if you have the proper cable to hook your PC or laptop to the input video jacks on your TV. The fine print would be very difficult to see on a standard TV because of the lower resolution.  Hi Definition TVs would be best.

Q: Can I magnify any of the pages for easy reading of fine print and a closer look at the photos?  Yes. Two levels of magnification that will be great for checking out photos at close range and reading the fine print.

Q: Do you have a return policy?  Unconditional within 7 days.  Full refund less shipping and handling.  Buyer is responsible for the cost to return the item in good condition. Personalized prints 50% of product cost.

Q: Can I purchase a printed hard copy of the Book?  Yes (Laser printed, black and white, soft cover).  Price varies based on size of book. Contact us for a price quote.

Q: Can I get any of the personalized prints without the printed frames?  Yes. Just be sure to let us know what you want immediately after you place your order.

Q: Are your customers satisfied with your products?  Check out the customer feedback page.  There is a link to our ebay customer reponse to our products.  You will find most customers VERY SATISFIED.

Q: Can I copy your CD?  The books are very expensive to find, scan, edit, create and market.  We expect you to respect our copyrights and not to copy the CD for distribution to anyone other than for your own personal back up.
